Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paralegal Pro Services, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional paralegal support and administrative services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled.

1. General Policy (Service-Based Work)

Because our work consists of time-based professional services and/or digital deliverables, fees for services already performed are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

- If you cancel before work begins: You may be eligible for a refund of any amount paid, minus any non-refundable administrative or processing fees (if applicable).

- If you cancel after work begins: You will be responsible for payment for all work performed up to the time of cancellation.

3. Refunds for Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly (for example, duplicate charges or an incorrect invoice amount), please contact us within 7 days of the charge or invoice date.

We will review your request and, if a billing error occurred, we will correct it promptly (which may include a refund or credit).

4. No Guarantees / Outcomes

We do not guarantee outcomes in any legal matter. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with an outcome or a court decision are not eligible for a refund.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of services.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or card issuer.
